A Note about our Jewellery : Our collections are premium imitation/fashion jewellery, thoughtfully designed to recreate the elegance and beauty of fine jewellery. References to golden/silver colour, gold/silver finish, premium stones, pearls, and similar terms describe the design, colour, finish and visual character of the piece and should not be understood as solid gold, sterling silver, natural precious gemstones. Any 925/sterling silver or other precious material used in a product will be clearly specified in its product description.

1. Products & Images

• We make every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible.

• However, slight variations in color, design, or size may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. “Some product images are AI-generated or digitally enhanced for illustration.”

 

2. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

3. Orders

• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

• Please provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within the time frame mentioned in our Shipping Policy.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

• We follow a No Return / No Exchange Policy, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items (as described in our Return Policy).

 

6. Payments

• All payments are to be made via secure payment gateways integrated on our website.

• We do not store your card/banking details.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, delays, or losses arising from use of our website, courier delays, or third-party services.

• Jewellery items are for personal use only; we are not liable for any allergic reactions or misuse.
