At JIVACHI, we aim to deliver your jewellery safely and on time, wherever you are in India.

Processing Time

· Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of receiving payment.

· During festive seasons or sales, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

· After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 5–7 working days, depending on the delivery location. Therefore, the total estimated delivery time is generally 7–10 working days from the date of payment.

Metro cities may receive orders earlier, while remote areas may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

· We offer FREE shipping on orders of ₹1490 and above.

· For orders below ₹1490, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 will be applied at checkout. 

Courier Partners

· We ship through trusted courier services managed by Shiprocket to ensure safe delivery.

Order Tracking

· Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email to follow your parcel until it reaches you.

Delays

· While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen courier or regional delays may occur. We request your patience and understanding in such cases.
