At JIVACHI, every piece of jewellery is carefully checked for quality before it is shipped to you. We take great care to ensure that you receive exactly what you order, in perfect condition.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
This is because jewellery items are delicate, and once opened, they cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if you receive a product that is:

·  Damaged during shipping, or

·  Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at jivachiofficial@gmail.com  We will review the case and arrange a replacement wherever possible.
